Packing Strip for ERW Tube Mill

Packing Strip is a high-strength steel strip used for bundling and securing ERW welded pipes during handling, storage, and long-distance transportation. It keeps pipe bundles tight and stable, preventing movement, deformation, or damage.

Our packing strips are specially designed for ERW tube mills, suitable for round pipes, square pipes, and rectangular tubes produced on the mill. They can be used with both manual strapping tools dhe automatic bundling machines.

How Packing Strip Works with an ERW Tube Mill

During pipe production, after cutting and pipe stacking, the bundle enters the automatic packing line. Packing strip is fed into the strapping head to tightly compress and lock the bundle. The strong tension protects pipes from:
