• 3. Workflow Overview

        Designed with a single-arm structure, the mandrel uses a hydraulic expansion system to securely hold the coil. It can handle larger coil IDs and heavier coils, with a maximum load capacity of 15 tons, making it ideal for high-load production lines.

     2. Hydraulic System
        The hydraulic system is used for mandrel expansion and retraction, providing strong support to keep even heavy coils securely in place.

     3. Dvigatel
        The motor drives the mandrel to rotate the coil, with adjustable motor power to accommodate different material uncoiling requirements.

     4. Tension Control Device
