   4. Main Components

   1. High- or Medium-Frequency Power Supply – Provides alternating current for induction heating.

   2. Induction Coil – Custom-designed (ring or U-type) to surround the weld seam.

   3. Support/Guiding Structure – Ensures pipe stability during the annealing process.

   4. Temperature Sensor – Infrared or thermocouple sensors for accurate weld temperature feedback.

   5. Sistema di raffreddamento – Air or water cooling units to rapidly reduce temperature.

   6. PLC Control System – Automates power, temperature, and speed adjustments.

   7. Human-Machine Interface (HMI) – Allows the operator to monitor and set parameters.

5. Operation Details

Basic Operation Workflow:

1. Startup

   • Check cooling system, power, air, and water connections.

   • Launch the PLC and input preset parameters: temperature, speed, power level.

2. Heating Start

   • Turn on the induction power; magnetic field is generated in the coil.

   • Pipe is fed into the coil either automatically or manually.

3. Real-Time Temperature Control

   • Infrared thermometer monitors the weld seam; system adjusts power automatically to maintain set temperature.

4. Cooling Process

   • Weld seam enters the cooling zone for rapid temperature drop, forming desired microstructure.

5. Shutdown & Safety

   • After process completion, turn off the power and cooling in sequence.

   • Inspect coils, grounding, and pipes to ensure safe conditions.
