Pertama, Inti Ferit. Keunggulannya adalah sangat tahan lama dan tidak mudah rusak, efek magnetnya sangat baik, dan sangat ramah terhadap pengelasan induksi frekuensi tinggi. Bahkan jika ferit internal rusak, tidak perlu khawatir. Dapat diganti selama pergantian shift atau waktu henti lainnya, dan dapat dicocokkan dengan sempurna dengan perangkat penghilang duri internal untuk mengatasi lebih banyak masalah produk. Kerugiannya adalah lebih mahal daripada menggunakan batang magnet dan selongsong batang magnet saja.
