This 8-inch straight seam welded pipe equipment adopts modular design, heavy-duty steel structure, and CNC adjustment system to ensure stability and precision when producing large thick-walled steel pipes. The overall structure is welded and assembled with optimized profiles, with good seismic resistance and load-bearing capacity. All key parts are precision-machined with high-strength alloy steel and are equipped with linear guides or ball screw drives to achieve high-response, low-error adjustment.

The diameter of 6 inches 168mm is already a medium-sized pipe in the straight seam welded pipe. This kind of pipe has many usage, such as solar brackets piles, ground piles, construction, etc.

This equipment can produce pipes from the smallest 2 inches 50.8mm to the largest 6 inches 168mm. A set of equipment includes all pipes. Different pipe diameters require different molds.Customers can choose from a variety of technical styles for this set of equipment, including conventional round to square, direct square for square and rectangular pipes, or FFX flexible molding technology. No matter which option you choose, we can provide a perfect solution.

What should I do if the steel strip deviates frequently?

Check whether the unwinding tension is balanced and confirm that the guide mechanism and the loop tension control device are operating normally.

Is the weld prone to bursting when the wall thickness is large?

Increase the induction power and control the cooling intensity at the same time to avoid sudden cooling and heating in the welding area.

Is the flying saw cutting uneven or burred?

Check the wear of the saw blade, the cutting speed setting, and the straightness of the guide rail system.
