Our Factory Produces Complete 127mm ERW Tube Mill Line

We are pleased to announce that our factory has successfully completed the production of a 127mm ERW tube mill production line, ready for export. This complete production line includes key equipment such as the uncoiler, accumulator, forming section, high-frequency welding unit, sizing mill and rollers.
Currently, the production line has passed all internal quality inspections and is being carefully prepared for loading and shipping to our overseas customer. The 127mm line is designed to produce high-quality steel pipes for structural, fluid, and mechanical applications, meeting international standards.
This delivery demonstrates our factory’s capability to produce large-scale ERW tube mill lines with precise control, stable performance, and full supporting equipment, helping customers achieve efficient and reliable pipe production.
