127mm Tube Mill Line and 1300mm Slitting Line Shipped to South America

Recently, our company successfully completed the shipment of a 127mm Tube Mill Line and a 1300mm Slitting Line to our valued customer in South America. Both production lines have been carefully tested, inspected, and packed, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition for installation and commissioning at the customer’s site.

127mm Tube Mill Line Overview

The 127mm Tube Mill is a high-precision production line designed for manufacturing round and square steel pipes. It features stable performance, easy operation, and high productivity.

Main components include:

• Uncoiler – for smoothly feeding steel coils into the production line

• Shear & Welding Machine – for continuous coil joining to ensure uninterrupted operation

• Forming Section – to gradually shape the strip into round tubes

• Welding Unit – for high-frequency welding of tube seams

• Bead Removal & Cooling Section – to remove weld beads and cool the tubes

• Sizing Section – for precise sizing and straightening of finished tubes

• Cutting Saw – for automatic length cutting with high accuracy

• Hydraulic or Servo-driven Run-Out Table – to transport finished tubes efficiently and safely

This expanded lineup highlights the main functional modules of the 127mm Tube Mill, covering coil handling, tube forming, welding, finishing, and inspection, providing a more complete picture of the equipment.

1300mm Slitting Line

The 1300mm Slitting Line is used for cutting wide steel coils into narrower strips with consistent edge quality. The system includes an Uncoiler, Slitter Head, Recoiler, and Tension Stand, providing precise slitting performance and smooth coil rewinding. It will be used to supply raw material for the tube mill production, forming a complete and efficient pipe manufacturing system.
