The Cut to Length line is an automated production equipment for fixed-length shearing of metal coils, which can process coils of different widths and thicknesses into plates with precise dimensions and smooth surfaces.

The entire production line consists of multiple functional modules, including: loading Coil Car, single-arm Uncoiler device, feeding bridge, hydraulic buffer transition bridge, automatic Shearing cut to length system, high-precision leveling machine, servo-controlled cutoff device, transverse shearing unit, conveyor belt system, flap unloading rack, automatic stacking device, unloading Coil Car and supporting servo drive system and hydraulic control unit, etc. All parts work together to achieve efficient and stable whole-roll processing flow.

Production Description

Cut to Length line with Flying Shear and automatic Stacker, Machine cut the steel coil to short piece and stack by automatic, with high speed and percision. details welcome connect to know more.

The leveling equipment developed by our company is suitable for various metal coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.18mm to 25mm and widths ranging from 200mm to 3000mm. It has high-precision cross-cutting functions, and the sizing error is controlled within ±0.1mm, which is suitable for the flattening processing needs of various plates. The slitting series equipment covers a thickness range of 0.25mm to 20mm, and also supports strip processing with a width of 200mm to 3000mm. It provides high-speed, medium-speed and standard configurations according to different production needs. Among them, the high-speed precision leveling machine can process up to 35 2-meter-long plates per minute; and the high-speed disc slitting unit can reach a working speed of up to 120 meters/minute, meeting the efficient and high-quality slitting tasks.

This Cut to Length line with Flying Shear and automatic Stacker production line is designed with functions of cut to length. Applied with pneumatic, hydraulic, frequency converter driving system, AC servo system, PLC controlled. It is with stable and reliable performance and operating in safe and convenient way.
