Product Description

The 3 inch pipe straightening machine is designed for the finishing section of an ERW tube mill line, used to straighten welded steel pipes after forming and sizing.
By applying continuous multi-point roller straightening, the machine effectively corrects pipe bending, residual stress, and local deformation, ensuring the pipe straightness meets customer and international standards.

This model adopts a 7-roller straightening structure, driven by an AC motor through a transmission shaft.
It is suitable for carbon steel pipes up to 3 inches in diameter and can be equipped with Siemens or Inovance (Huichuan) frequency inverters according to customer requirements.
