Cold Cutting Flying Saw Machine

The cold-cut flying saw for straight seam welded pipe equipment uses HSS or TCT circular saw blades, which have low cutting noise and high safety, and will not cause sparks like hot cutting saws. The feeding system uses a servo motor for higher accuracy, Siemens PLC and encoder cut-to-length, fast and burr-free pipe ends.

CNC Cold Cutting Flying Saw Machine, the cut is flat and burr-free, the operation is stable, the cutting efficiency is high, the precision is high, the service life of the equipment is long, and the follow-up maintenance cost is low.

Compared with the traditional hot-cut flying saw machine, CNC cold-cut flying saw machine has the following advantages:

1. Low noise, good production environment, low spindle speed and high safety factor.

2. The incision is smoother, without burrs, without flat-head CNC cutting, with high cutting efficiency, high precision and low loss.

3. Friendly touch operation interface, clearer and simpler control, richer information, and better cutting effect can be achieved with simple settings.

The cold flying saw is the main equipment of the welded pipe production line and the production equipment of the last process of the welded pipe production line, which has a great influence on the quality and production efficiency of the product.
