Esta línea de producción utiliza soldadura por inducción de alta frecuencia. Las tiras de acero se alimentan continuamente a través de rodillos formadores para darles forma gradualmente en un tubo redondo. Los bordes de la tira se calientan mediante corriente de alta frecuencia y se presionan entre sí mediante rodillos compresores para formar una costura de soldadura sólida. Todo el proceso está automatizado, lo que garantiza una alta eficiencia, precisión y estabilidad operativa.

4. Descripción general del proceso de soldadura

Utilizes solid-state high-frequency welders, typically 200–500KHz.
Las varillas magnéticas o los dispositivos de impedancia ayudan a concentrar el calor en los bordes de la soldadura.
El raspador de cordón de soldadura interior de elevación automática opcional garantiza la limpieza interna.
La costura de soldadura se enfría y endereza rápidamente después de la soldadura.
