4inch 114mm ERW Tube Mill

This production line utilizes high-frequency induction welding. Steel strips are continuously fed through forming rollers to gradually shape into a round tube. The strip edges are heated by high-frequency current and pressed together by squeeze rollers to form a solid weld seam. The entire process is automated, ensuring high efficiency, precision, and operational stability.

Pipe diameter 25mm to 114mm, Pipe thickness range 1.5mm to 5.0mm

4. Welding Process Overview

Weld seam is rapidly cooled and straightened post-welding.
