This production line utilizes high-frequency induction welding. Steel strips are continuously fed through forming rollers to gradually shape into a round tube. The strip edges are heated by high-frequency current and pressed together by squeeze rollers to form a solid weld seam. The entire process is automated, ensuring high efficiency, precision, and operational stability.

4. Welding Process Overview

  • Weld seam is rapidly cooled and straightened post-welding.
