Pabrik Tabung ERW 4 inci 114mm

Lini produksi ini memanfaatkan pengelasan induksi frekuensi tinggi. Strip baja terus menerus diumpankan melalui rol pembentuk untuk secara bertahap dibentuk menjadi tabung bundar. Tepi strip dipanaskan oleh arus frekuensi tinggi dan ditekan bersama dengan rol pemeras untuk membentuk lapisan las yang kokoh. Seluruh proses dilakukan secara otomatis, memastikan efisiensi, presisi, dan stabilitas operasional yang tinggi.

Diameter pipa 25mm hingga 114mm, ketebalan pipa berkisar 1,5mm hingga 5,0mm

  • Jahitan las didinginkan dengan cepat dan diluruskan setelah pengelasan.
