✅ERW Carbon Steel Tube Mill Line

The ERW carbon steel tube mill is designed to produce round, square, and rectangular pipes using high-frequency welding technology. It offers high precision, stable performance, and efficient operation for a wide range of industrial applications.

✅Tube Mill Machine Composition

A complete tube mill line consists of several coordinated units, including coil handling, forming, welding, sizing, and cutting sections — all integrated for continuous, automatic pipe production.

✅Coil Car

The coil car is used to lift and load steel coils onto the uncoiler safely and efficiently. It ensures smooth feeding and reduces downtime during coil changeover.

✅Uncoiler

The uncoiler holds and unrolls steel coils at a controlled speed for continuous feeding into the production line. It supports both manual and hydraulic expansion for different coil sizes.

✅Strip Flattener

The strip flattener removes coil curvature and ensures the steel strip enters the forming section smoothly. It improves welding accuracy and final tube quality.

✅Strip Shear and Welder

This unit cuts the ends of two steel strips and welds them together, allowing nonstop production between coil changes. It ensures a smooth, continuous workflow.

✅Accumulator

The accumulator stores steel strip to maintain continuous feeding during coil changeover. It helps balance strip flow between the uncoiler and forming mill, ensuring stable operation.

✅Forming and Sizing Section

This section gradually forms the flat strip into a round tube and then sizes it to the required diameter and shape. Precision rolls and alignment ensure consistent, high-quality pipes.

✅Steel Coil Slitting Line

The slitting line cuts wide steel coils into narrower strips of required widths. It features precise knife adjustment, stable tension control, and high-speed operation for efficient coil processing.
