Our latest custom cold roll forming machine project has now entered the final testing stage in our workshop. This machine was designed according to specific customer requirements, covering profile design, forming speed, material thickness range, and production capacity. After completing the full assembly, our team has started a series of trial runs to ensure the equipment performs with stable operation and consistent forming accuracy.

Final Machine Testing in Progress

During the current test run, our engineers are focusing on key performance areas such as:

⚙️Material feeding stability
⚙️Continuous speed adjustment and drive performance
⚙️Cut-to-length precision and blade response

These tests help validate that the roll forming line operates smoothly under continuous production conditions. Any minor deviations found during testing will be adjusted immediately to match the customer’s required specifications.

Parameter Optimization Before Shipment

Before a cold roll forming machine leaves our factory, it must go through a complete parameter optimization process. This includes:

✅Checking the coil handling, feeding, and guiding system
✅Adjusting the hydraulic or pneumatic cutting section
✅Testing the control system, sensors, and safety protections

Strict Quality Inspection and Internal QC Process

To meet international quality standards, the machine also undergoes several internal QC inspections, including:

Component tightening and safety review

Only after the machine successfully passes all inspection points will it be cleared for final acceptance, packing, and shipment.

Preparing for Delivery

Once parameter adjustment and QC testing are fully completed, the cold roll forming machine will be disassembled into transport-safe sections, protected with anti-rust treatments, and packed for shipment. Our team will also prepare operation manuals, electrical drawings, and necessary tooling for the customer.
