첫째, 원자재, 열간 압연, 냉간 압연 또는 아연 도금 강철 스트립 코일이 필요합니다. 이 유형의 강철 스트립 코일은 외경이 약 1.8m에서 2m, 너비가 약 1.5m(또는 다른 크기)이고 단일 코일 무게가 10~30톤인 강철 공장에서 생산됩니다.
둘째, HR, CR, GI 원료 강철 스트립 코일을 필요에 따라 적절한 폭으로 슬릿해야 합니다. 이 단계를 "슬릿팅"이라고 합니다. 예를 들어, 직경 114mm의 원형 튜브를 생산하려는 경우 폭이 358mm인 강철 스트립이 필요합니다(실제 폭은 장비에 따라 다름). 원료 강철 스트립 코일(예: 폭 1500mm)을 폭이 358mm인 스트립으로 슬릿해야 합니다. 이때 SLITTING LINE을 사용해야 합니다. 이 장비는 폭이 넓은 스트립 강철을 필요한 적절한 폭으로 슬릿한 다음 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 작은 스트립 강철 코일로 다시 감습니다. 셋째, 적절한 폭의 스트립 스틸 코일을 CARBON STEEL ERW TUBE MILL의 첫 번째 장비 UCOILER/DECOILER에 공급합니다. 언코일러는 스트립 코일을 열고 스틸 스트립을 스트립 형태로 장비에 넣습니다.
스트립 강철 롤이 모두 소모된 경우 언코일러에서 다른 스트립 강철 롤로 교체한 다음 이전 스트립 강철 롤의 끝과 두 번째 스트립 강철 롤의 머리를 전단 및 용접기로 용접하여 장비가 중단 없이 연속적이고 고속으로 작동할 수 있도록 해야 합니다.
스트립은 스트립 재료를 저장하는 데 사용되는 다음 장비인 ACCUMULATOR LOOPER로 들어갑니다. 루퍼 내부에 저장된 스트립은 언코일러가 코일을 교체해야 할 때 후속 장비에서 사용할 수 있어 장비의 고속 및 중단 없는 생산을 보장합니다.
다음으로, 스트립은 핵심 장비인 성형 및 사이징 섹션으로 들어갑니다. 이 장비의 가장 중요한 부분은 일련의 다이와 금형을 통해 스트립을 강관에 압착하는 것입니다.
강판은 고주파 유도용접기를 통해 연속적으로 용접되어 강관이 되고, 최종적으로 절단기를 통해 고객이 원하는 길이로 강관을 절단합니다.
마지막으로 완성된 강관은 CONVEYOR, RUN OUT TABLE, PACKAGE를 거쳐 포장 및 보관됩니다.
