The Solid-State High-Frequency (H.F.) Welder is engineered for efficient, high-speed pipe welding across a broad spectrum of tube sizes and wall thicknesses. With power capacities ranging from 60 kW to 1200 kW and operating within a frequency band of 200 kHz to 450 kHz, this welder offers both flexibility and performance for various production needs.

A typical solid-state H.F. welding system includes several integrated components: a rectifier switchgear cabinet, an inverter output unit, fiber-optic control links, a soft water circulation cooling system, a centralized control console, and a mechanical adjustment mechanism for precision setup.
